The Jules H. Borger collection offers a glimpse into the Houston Jewish community from the 1910 to 2015. Containing a number of materials such as bulletins, postcards, photographs, programs, magazines, and news clippings, the collection illuminates the day-to-day existence of some of Houston’s more prominent Jewish points of interest.

The Temple Freda collection is made up of documents, photographs, and news clippings concerning one of the oldest religious buildings in Bryan, Texas. Though used for different things over the years, Temple Freda remains stalwart in its support for the Jewish community in Bryan, interacting with both congregation Beth Shalom, and the A&M Hillel in College Station.

This collection consists of one box containing invitations, journals, parent handbooks, marketing pamphlets, news clippings, newsletters, photographs and negatives, a scrapbook and yearbook, and meeting materials that include minutes, correspondence, and budget information which documents part of the history of the Robert M. Beren Academy from 1969 to 2010 and two class photos of unknown origin from 1960.

Five boxes containing a 50th Anniversary quilt, correspondence, news clippings, a scrapbook, a photo album, yearbooks, educational and marketing materials, book: D'vorah Binstok Arbisser - Her Life Through Family and Food, LPs from KTRH radio titled "Congregation Beth Yeshurun," document the history of the Arbisser family and activities they were involved in from the 1956 to 2003.

The David Wolf Family papers contain religious certificates, photographs, news clippings, and books related to members of the extended Wolf family. Dated throughout the 1900s, the materials showcase Jewish traditions and engagements of three generations of the Wolf family.

A school yearbook and memory book, diplomas and certificates, news clippings, event programs, business materials, and photographs document the lives and careers of members of the Levy and Cohen families from 1918 to 2003.

Two boxes consisting of photographs, news clippings, school materials, certificates and diploma, programs/booklets, correspondence, speeches, and invitations, document part of the lives of members of the Chaskin / Hecht family from 1917 to 1995.

This small collection includes correspondence, certificates, dance programs, newsprint, photographs, and pamphlets pertaining to Lasker Meyer, his family, and the Foley’s department store chain that he ran until 1987.

The Croft/Wunsch family papers include correspondence, awards and citations, photographs, scrapbooks, news clippings, newsletters, meeting minutes, and marketing and event materials that document, primarily, the lives of the Croft and Kaplan families, and to a lesser degree, members of the Wunsch family.
