Records of the Gilbert & Sullivan Society, a group of Faculty members and their wives who staged a number of productions in the 1950s and 1960s.

This collection contains a variety of materials related to the Rice University Graduate Student Association, including awards, constitution and bylaws, correspondence, meeting minutes, lease/contract information, floor plans, surveys, reports, rosters, memorabilia, and event, election, subcommittee, and financial documents. This material begins in 1925 and continues through 2019, although the bulk of information starts in the mid-1980s.

The collection consists of envelopes of photographs printed from 111 glass plate negatives of Rice University building exteriors and interiors and campus scenes. These photographs were taken in 1912 before, at, and after the formal opening of the University on October 12. Also included are envelopes of photographs printed from seven glass plate negatives of drawings of campus building elements by architecture students in 1913 and 1918.

This record group includes correspondence and event planning documents from the Student Center Board, as well as the daily business, publicity, meeting minutes, and memorabilia of the Rice Program Council (RPC).

This collection consists of records of the Rice University Rally Club, a men's social organization on campus from 1926 to 1970.

Included are Council minutes and other college business, associate and orientation correspondence and documents, social events, dedication and anniversary files, news clippings, publications, theatrical files, correspondence, and photographs, as well as audio/visual media, posters, and T-shirts.
