Permission to publish material from the Anthony Pabillano Filipino-American artist papers is to be facilitated through the Woodson Research Center, Fondren Library.
The Woodson Research Center use policy is that researchers assume sole responsibility for any infringement of privacy, literary rights, copyrights, or other rights arising from their use of the archival materials. In addition to any restrictions placed by donors, certain kinds of archival materials are restricted for the life of the creator plus 50 years. Biographical / Historical
Anthony Pabillano was born in the Phillipines, and moved as a child to Corpus Christi, Texas. How currently lives and works in Houston, Texas. His preferred art muedium is paper, but he also works in graphite, charcoal, colored pencils, pastels, acrylic paint, among others. Pabillano is active with the Filipino-American National Historical Society - Houston Chapter.
