Rice University Art Gallery records
In 1971 Sewall Hall was constructed making space available for a permanent art gallery at Rice University referred to as the Sewall Gallery and later as Rice University Art Gallery. These records reflect the exhibitions held there and related administrative functions.

Elinor Evans Academic and Professional Papers
The collection consists of materials from Elinor Evans' career at Rice University and materials documenting her personal work, including works exhibited at the Moody Gallery. The collection includes paintings, sketches, collages, woven and tapestry work, photographs and slides, correspondence, and awards.
Rice University Police Department realia collection
The holding consists of RUPD uniforms and equipment, city and campus traffic citation forms, and the Rice police procedures manual.

The collection consists of planning records; photographs, plaques, film, paper and digital; video DVDs, VHS cssettes, one zip disk, two floppy disks, and two micro-cassettes. The various media contain images of participants in events like Rice Associates dinners, ground breakings for new buildings, and dedication ceremonies. The VHS cassettes include several commencement ceremonies not in other collections.

The collection consists of slides used by Dr. Dufour, including published series by NASA, various observatories, and commercial publishers, along with Dufour's slides.

The collection consists of materials from Dr. John W. Clark, Jr., professor in both the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Bioengineering at Rice University. The collection also includes records of Dr. Clark’s participation in the work of several university committees, specifically Parking, Graduate Student, Admissions, and the Library. In addition there is material prepared for evaluation of courses to determine ABET accreditation in 2005.
