This collection contains papers from Adams’ professional career as a renowned geologist and professor at Rice University. Included are papers regarding his careers in consulting, teaching, recycling and writing; also included is Adams’ correspondence, membership in organizations and attendance at meetings.
Stayton Nunn papers
This collection contains Stayton Nunn’s papers from 1927-1967 and includes notes and materials related to architecture classes, building projects in the Houston area, house plans and other architectural-related papers. Nunn taught architecture classes at the Rice Institute and was an alumnus as well.

Also included are two duplicate series that are collections of verse and prose observations on numerous topics, intended for circulation. A miscellaneous file includes notices and photographs relating to Professor Thomas’ Mark Twain programs.

Also included are: proof copies of papers by Stevenson and other scholars, miscellaneous printed material on the subject of printing, conferences and exhibitions, and presentations from other scholars.
