Hutcheson papers include correspondence to and from Texas attorney and soldier Hutcheson before and during the U.S. Civil War, a text of a speech on immigration (1852), documents relating to the Masonic Order, a license to practice law in Texas, and several newspaper issues (1862, 1863, 1898, 1903) describing Hutcheson's life and his military career with the 4th Texas Regiment.
