Rice University President's Office Executive Committee records
Records of the President's Office Executive Committee, formed in August 1968 by President Pitzer to function after Pitzer's resignation. Includes minutes, memoranda, correspondence, notes, and materials pertaining to the Board of Governors.
Rice University Pi Delta Phi records
The collection consists of membership and financial records of the Theta Chapter of Pi Delta Phi, the National French Honor Society, from 1930 through 2000. There are yearly membership lists, records of dues received and expenditures made. Initiation programs are also included, as are records of donations that established the André Bourgeois Pi Delta Phi Award in 1994.

Herbert Allen business and personal papers
The Herbert Allen papers include personal holdings, including biographical information, honors and awards, and personal correspondence. In addition papers dealing with his professional activities and patents are included, as are those dealing with his involvement with Rice University. Allen was an inventor and mechanical engineer who graduated from Rice Institute in 1929 where he later served on the Board of Governors and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
Comic Art Teaching and Study Workshop (CATS) collection
This collection is part of the the Comic Art Teaching and Study Workshop, or CATS, based in the Department of Visual and Dramatic Arts at Rice University and accessible via the Woodson Research Center, Fondren Library, Rice University. It features original and printed comic art by American, Mexican, Chinese, German, and Japanese artists.
