J.W. Lively Diary
Bound manuscript diary kept by J. W. Lively M.D. of Daingerfield, Connecticut, begun in December 1882 with entries dating to 1889, mostly recording his activities as a Methodist minister and including pages of financial accounts.
Katz Family Papers
The collection consists of personal photographs, a play written about Ben Katz, Beth Yeshurun programs, a VHS recording, and materials about the history of Beth Yeshurun that document some activities and interests of the Katz family within the Houston Jewish community from 1939 to 1991.

Libby and Edward Marvins Papers
This collection contains documents and memorabilia donated by Libby and Edward Marvins related to their time as congregants at Emanu El as well as an oral history conducted with Libby Marvins by staff with the Houston Jewish History Archive in 2018. The materials (including photos, newsprint, correspondence, and other unique items) offer insight into the events and organizations of the Houston Jewish community in the latter half of the 20th century.

Sermons written by Mathurin Guerin, with prayers to be delivered before and after the sermons. There are nine sermons handwritten into a bound volume. The Reverend Mr. Henry Heywood, who died in October 1755, preached the first six in Charleston, South Carolina.
