The collection documents the career of the sculptor, artist and teacher Hannah Holliday Stewart through preliminary records, drawings, photographs and slides, and realia.

This collection includes publicity, ephemera, dedication event photos and more, related to works of art on the Rice University campus.

The collection consists of print and photographic materials related to the sculpture 45°, 90°, 180° by Michael Heizer located in the School of Engineering quadrangle on the campus of Rice University. The history of the work is covered from the selection and commissioning of the sculptor to the dedication of the completed work and the exhibition featuring Heizer that accompanied this event.

The papers of sculptor William M. McVey include newsclippings, correspondence, photographs related to sculptures of McVey’s, and a scrapbook with photos and mementos of his student years at the Rice Institute.

This collection consists of framed paintings, framed and unframed drawings, prints, sculptures, and other artworks donated to the Woodson Research Center/Rice University archives.
