Materials from Temple Beth El in Corpus Christi and Corpus Christi's Jewish Community Council (JCC). Includes guide books from Temple Beth El, a 55th anniversary congregational history book, a Sisterhood history book, JCC of Corpus Christi directories, and an architectural drawing of Temple Beth El's stained glass windows.

The collection contains six boxes of correspondence, event materials (including programs, correspondence, and memorabilia), newsletters, bulletins, news clippings, books, photographs, financial documents, sermons, and video and audio material of events that document the history of Shearith Israel Congregation in Wharton, Texas, from 1921 to 2002.

The Temple Freda collection is made up of documents, photographs, and news clippings concerning one of the oldest religious buildings in Bryan, Texas. Though used for different things over the years, Temple Freda remains stalwart in its support for the Jewish community in Bryan, interacting with both congregation Beth Shalom, and the A&M Hillel in College Station.
