This collection contains a letter written by Theodore Roosevelt Jr., son of President Theodore Roosevelt, to Lord Desborough, while he (Roosevelt Jr. ) was Governor-General of the Philippines. Although it does not go into depth about any particular topic, the letter touches on the following subjects: war verse, victory of the Democrats, and Roosevelt’s future plans.
