Based on the lack of documentation from 2002-2013, despite the lack of documented discussion, we can assume that TEDA was temporarily dissolved during that period, or that the owner of these records (Steven Murdock)was temporarily uninvolved with the organization.

This meeting contains discussion of a relaunch proposal for TEDA -- presumably, based on the lack of documentation between 2002-2013/14, the organization lapsed. However, this revitalization was short-lived, as in the very next Minutes record, 2015, the movement for total dissolution of the organization was proposed and evidently passed.
