David Wolf Family papers
Scope and Contents
The David Wolf Family papers are made up of photographs, news clippings, certificates, and religious texts relating to several members of the extended Wolf family, namely, David Wolf, his parents Morris M. Wolf and Helen Krakower Wolf, and his grandparents Jake Krakower and Ida Cohen. A more extensive family tree to aid in identifying the relationships between other featured family members can be found in the control folder. The materials are in good condition, and range in date from 1908 to 1970. Researchers interested in Jewish families, religious ceremonies, and the Houston Jewish community would find this collection helpful.

Permission to publish material from the David Wolf Family Papers must be obtained from the Woodson Research Center, Fondren Library.
The Woodson Research Center use policy is that researchers assume sole responsibility for any infringement of privacy, literary rights, copyrights, or other rights arising from their use of the archival materials. In addition to any restrictions placed by donors, certain kinds of archival materials are restricted for the life of the creator plus 50 years. These materials include, but are not limited to, student grades, transcripts, and any job applications or recommendations.
