The National Council of Jewish Women collection contains materials in 7 boxes and 1 map drawer spanning from 1982-2025 including scrapbooks, photographs, organizational records, newspaper clippings, event programs, newsletters, and memorabilia. The materials are in good condition and would be ideal for researchers interested in the galas and other fundraising events held by the organization including the names of sponsors and event dates and locations. The newsletters also document the causes that were of major importance to the organization over the years. Photos from the 1980s and 1990s show significant support for the queer arts community in Houston.
