 Series

Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

The David Wolf Family papers are made up of photographs, news clippings, certificates, and religious texts relating to several members of the extended Wolf family, namely, David Wolf, his parents Morris M. Wolf and Helen Krakower Wolf, and his grandparents Jake Krakower and Ida Cohen. A more extensive family tree to aid in identifying the relationships between other featured family members can be found in the control folder. The materials are in good condition, and range in date from 1908 to 1970. Researchers interested in Jewish families, religious ceremonies, and the Houston Jewish community would find this collection helpful.
