Rice University Welfare Committee records
The collection consists of the notes, correspondence, and minutes of the Committee on University Welfare, formed in 1961. It served as a grievance committee until 1971 when the committee disbanded and its functions were taken over by the newly organized Faculty Council and the University Council.

Rice Center for Community Design + Research records
The collection consists of both published and unpublished records of projects undertaken by the Rice Center for Community Design + Research, subsequently the Rice Center.
