This collection contains Stayton Nunn’s papers from 1927-1967 and includes notes and materials related to architecture classes, building projects in the Houston area, house plans and other architectural-related papers. Nunn taught architecture classes at the Rice Institute and was an alumnus as well.

The Thomas Haskell academic papers include Athletic Committee and Honor Council materials, course materials, academic conference materials, and other publications and manuscripts relating to the historical economics of slavery.

The collection contains class lecture notes and research materials on art, artists, and theory from Dr. Camfield's time as a professor at Rice University from the 1960s to 2000s.

The papers of art historian William Camfield include correspondence concerning Rice University Cullinan Visiting Professors, gift of Mrs. George R. Brown for sculpture for Rice University Campus, photographs and slides, newspaper clippings and brochures of Rice exhibits and sculpture. Also included is material concerning the Rice Institute for the Arts. There are also tapes of lectures by Robert Irwin, Cullinan Lecturer.
