These records include meeting minutes, correspondence, memos, constitution and bylaws, financial documents, floor plans, reports, employee contracts, proposals, and student publications. The material begins in 1918 and continues through 2013, with the bulk of the information starting in the early 1960s.

The majority of the letters concern legal matters; however, some relate to politics, touching on the election campaigns of 1844 and 1848.
