This collection contains videotapes, DVDs, CDs, record albums, cassette tapes, reel-to-reel tapes and other formats associated with Rice University from the 1920s to 2008. Types of materials include amateur recordings of Rice events, clips from television and radio news broadcasts about Rice-related topics, and professional recordings of Rice events. Formats include record albums, films, magnetic recordings such as videos and audio tapes, and digital recordings including CDs and DVDs.
Rice University Program in Jewish Studies Records
The collection contains event flyers, "Branches" newsletters, and event posters, which document some of the activities the Program in Jewish studies participated in from 2015 to present.

William Martin Religious Right research collection
This collection consists of research materials compiled by William Martin, Rice University professor of sociology, during the course of his research on the Christian religious right in the United States, as well as fundamentalists, fundamentalist education, evangelists such as Billy Graham, and other aspects of conservative Christian organizations. The materials consists of correspondence, notes, videos, transcriptions of video interviews, pamphlets, and books.

These records include architectural drawings, maps, posters, oversize manuscript materials, and photographs ranging in dates from 1840s-2010s. The majority of architectural drawings relate to Rice University. The collection also contains oversize material from other manuscript collections. Links to these finding aids are included.
Houston Asian American Archives oral history interviews and related materials
This is a collection of oral history interviews conducted by the Chao Center for Asian Studies, featuring audio recordings and transcripts of interviews with Asian Americans native to Houston.

The collection includes individual files for Rice related persons (faculty, students, alumni, staff, significant visitors), events, programs, traditions, campus artworks, organizations, buildings, and subjects. The formats include newsclippings, notes, correspondence, photographs, and other materials. The contents are donated by Rice community members and/or gathered by the Woodson Research Staff, and represent one of the most heavily used portions of the University Archives.
