Rice News photo files
These records mostly include the photographs and negatives taken by Rice News photographers, as well as digital image files and copies of individual newspapers.
Rice University Information Files
The collection includes individual files for Rice related persons (faculty, students, alumni, staff, significant visitors), events, programs, traditions, campus artworks, organizations, buildings, and subjects. The formats include newsclippings, notes, correspondence, photographs, and other materials. The contents are donated by Rice community members and/or gathered by the Woodson Research Staff, and represent one of the most heavily used portions of the University Archives.
Carl Wischmeyer Personal Papers
The collection consists primarily of personal letters belonging to Carl R. Wischmeyer, amny of them exchanged between Wischmeyer and his wife Mary. There is also information about his career as a professor of electrical engineering at Rice University. This includes documents relating to patents acquired as well as an article written for the Texas Engineer.

The records reflect the annual alumni events overseen by the Alumni Affairs office between the years of 1992 and 2012 and supervised by Jennifer Harding, Director of Reunion Programs and Special Events.
