Box 145 consists of 27 folders of which the first 26 folders were originally contained in a scrapbook. The binding of the scrapbook was in poor condition and the glue was no long sticking the photos and captions to the pages. The collection processor removed the binding and the first 84 pages consisting of blueprints, charts, maps and placed them in box 146 for oversized materials. He then separated the photos and captions from the pages and, where possible, the captions were written on envelopes or sleeves holding the appropriate images. In some cases, captions that could not be linked to particular photos were simply stored loose with the unidentified photos. The page numbers mentioned on the folders refer to the original location of the photos in the scrapbook although many photos were loose at the time of processing. Folder 27 contains an intact scrapbook.
