Scope and Contents
The Loewenheim family correspondence is a collection of letters that Francis Loewenheim wrote to his mother Lilly Loewenheim. Francis usually wrote numerous letters to his mother each day. On average, he wrote two letter and several postcards per day. The topics include Francis's careeer, music, current events, and his relationship with family, friends and co-workers.
