Boxes 1-25, 27-30, 32, 35-37, 39, 43, 44, 46-52, 54, 56-58, 60-62, 64, 67-128, as well as all unboxed and oversize items are stored onsite mostly in the vault at the Woodson Research Center.

4 Rice Student Association "Hedgehopper" cards giving students discounts at various restaurants. Items are credit-card sized, white, and feature text and graphics in blue. Items are located within an envelope identified with "Hedge-Hopper cards (4) 2008-2009 Rice Student Association."
