Clear acrylic trapazoid-shaped block with embedded sepia-toned image of Lovett Hall columns. Just under the upper, smaller face, a layer with text is embedded reading: "$9,500,000 Tax Exempt Financing Program Series 1998, The Graduate Apartments, Inc., Affileates of the Undersigned served as Credit & Liquidity Bank, Trustee & Tender Agent, Underwriter & Remarketing Agent" followed by the Chase Bank logo.
