Plexiglas wall plaque presented to Rice University by the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference (HENAAC). This plaque appears to be a companion to the similar plaque that is dated 1995 that is stored in the same box as this item. The plaque is clear with a white stripe on one side bearing the logo of HENAAC. On the clear portion, there is a blue-outlined gold area bearing the inscription: ""Beyond the Thrishold of Promise" Thank you for helping us accomplish our mission at HENAAC... "...to seek, rocgnize, honor and document Hispanic excellence in science and technology nationwide." Rice University"
