Glass ashtray, approx. 6" square. Sides are slightly angled in making a "star" shape. There is a color cartoon image of a Sammy the Owl figure as a football player running by a small sign with the words Rice University on it. The image is blue, gray and white on a white background. There are no markings indicating manufacturer or date. There is no information regarding original owner or donor. Item is loose in the box.
