General
Partial set of drafting tools in an E.O. Richter & Co. (Germany) precision drafting tools leather-clad case. The back of the case has what appears to be a sticker affixed, showing a triangular Rice Owl image with stylized word "Rice". The tools are not E.O Richter tools. included are a compass and a divider, both stamped as being Noris U.S.A. tools. Another is stamped with T.A. & Sons. There are a few other assorted instruments. The date, ca. 1920, is inferred from the dates of other, similar sets of instruments. Item was donated by Debbie Davis and includes a note from her. There is no information about the original owner.
