General

Original black & white illustration by Stedman, in black frame, white matte, behind glass. The illustration depicts 2 servants, a man & women, standing behind a curtain spying on a man & woman sitting on a couch. This illustration is located near the end of the 1928 Campanile on the title page of the "Sallyport" section of the Campanile. In the actual Campanile, this illustration has been colorized. A description of the artwork for the Campanile, as well as the attribution to "Mr. Stedman" for creating the artwork, is included in the editor's note "The Confessions Of An Editor" on the last page of the yearbook prior to the ads at the back. There is no information regarding original owner or donor.
