Boxes 1-25, 27-30, 32, 35-37, 39, 43, 44, 46-52, 54, 56-58, 60-62, 64, 67-128, as well as all unboxed and oversize items are stored onsite mostly in the vault at the Woodson Research Center.

General

Gold Rice Police 40-year service medal. Item is in relief, with one side depicting a shield with an image of "Willy's Statue", a superimposed Rice Academic seal, and the words "Police, Rice University, TX." The other side has an image of the spread-winged Rice owl athletic logo, with a banner below with the word "Police" and a perimeter blue enameled band with the words "40 Years of Service, 1970-2010." There is no information regarding original owner or donor. Item is located in its original plastic case with cardboard cover, within an envelope identified with "Rice Police 40-year service medal."
