3 round medallions, 2 bronze and one pewter (?) commemorating Rice University's semi-centennial in 1962. The medallion has the Rice shield in relief on the front along with text "Rice University Semi-Centennial Medallion." The back has raised border with the text "William Marsh Rice University 1912-1962" with a relief image of Lovett Hall in the center and text "Participant, Rice University Semi-Centennial." There is no information regarding original owner or donor. Item is located within an envelope identified with "3 Rice University Semi-Centennial medallions."
