General
Metal button pin, white with the word "birdseed" in black. This item was included with a number of pins that were donated by Charles Szalkowski, class of 1971, and had a note indicating it was referring to a campus event. No reference to such an event was found in Rice Threshers from Mr. Szalkowski's time at Rice (1967 to 1971), so it is uncertain to what it refers. Located within an envelope identified with "Metal button pin, birdseed."
