The pin is yellow with black letters "Urban Futures USA" and green (handwritten?) letters "Charles Szalkowski". Mr. Szalkowski is a Rice alumnus, class of 1969. This item is located in an envelope identified as "Urban Futures USA pin, Charles Szalkowski."
