Boxes 1-25, 27-30, 32, 35-37, 39, 43, 44, 46-52, 54, 56-58, 60-62, 64, 67-128, as well as all unboxed and oversize items are stored onsite mostly in the vault at the Woodson Research Center.

Athenian Owl "Rice Day" pins, two silver-colored attached to descriptive cards, and one gold-colored attached to a blank card. The cards to which the silver-colored pins are attached describe the imminent event of the Rice centennial in October 2012. Located within an envelope identified with "3 Owl Pins; 2 silver metal, 1 brass metal on card."
