General

Blue square scarf/bandana with with white and blue triangle fields containing a variety of owl images, some remeniscent of the Rice "Athenean" owl and others comical. The word "Rice" is in each corner, in white. The typeface for "Rice" appears to date this item to post-2010. There is no information regarding original owner or donor. Located within an envelope identified with "2 badges 1 scarf."
