Book plate stamp, wood base with metal printing plate. The stamp prints a crest consisting of a shield, two mythical creatures, wings and a banner with "In Tempore" and the words "Ex Libris William V. Houston." There is no information regarding William V. Houston's class year, the donor of this item, or its date. Item is located within a box identified with "William V. Houston Book Plate."
