Silver Rice souvenir spoon originally belonging to Mary Lawrean Davis, class of 1945. Spoon bowl is embossed with image of Lovett Hall and the words "Rice Institute Houston, Tex." Finial front is embossed with the same words and the Rice academic sheild. The back of the spoon's handle is engraved with "Lawrence Davis 1945". There is no information regarding donor. This item is located in an envelope identified with "Silver Rice souvenir spoon, Mary Lawrean Davis, class of 1945."
