Belt buckle one belonging to William R. Long, class of 1933. Buckle is rectangular, with raised border, word "Rice", and Athenian Owl, on blue background. The back has an engraved maker's mark "J.J. Sweeny JLV. Co." Located within an envelope identified with "Rice Belt Buckle belonging to William R. Long, class of 1933."
