Rice Belt Buckle, brass, belonging to Raymond H. Moers, class of 1930. Buckle is rectangular with raised border, word "Rice" and spread-winged owl motif on textured background. There are no identifying marks physically engraved or stamped on this item, but it has a tag affixed to the back identifying it as having belonged to Raymond Moers.
