Rice Belt Buckle, brass, belonging to Raymond H. Moers, class of 1930. Buckle is rectangular with raised border, word "Rice" and spread-winged owl motif on textured background. There are no identifying marks physically engraved or stamped on this item, but it has a tag affixed to the back identifying it as having belonged to Raymond Moers. There is no information regarding donor. Item is located within an envelope identifyed with "Rice Belt Buckle, brass, belonging to Raymond H. Moers, class of 1930."
