General

Metal Rice belt buckle. Metal has a brass or copper-like patina in parts. The mechanism on the back of the buckle has two patent stamps, one stating "Pat. Dec. 21-20" and the other stating "Pat. Dec. 13-21". Buckle is rectangular with border and word "Rice" in relief on textured background. There is no information regarding original owner or donor. Located within an envelope identified with "Rice Belt Buckle, metal (brass?), ca. 1920's."
