General
Found in black velvet ring box. This small ring box contains 3 rings: a 1938 class ring engraved with the initials "D.L.P." (probably); 1 gold ring with a sculpted owl head with greenish glass (?) eyes; and 1 gold wire ring with a small owl figurine. The latter two rings have no markings indicating that they are in any way official Rice jewelry. These items are not listed in the previous database listings and there is no information found that would indicate who D.L.P. is, when the items were acquire, or who the donor was.
