Located in an envelope identified by name. Rice class ring, 1919, belonging to Elizabeth Snoddy. Ring is engraved with initials "E.S." Previous database entries include the following: "1919 - Elizabeth Snoddy - B.A. 1919; 11-19-74 Mrs. Norman H. Moore." The 1974 date on the previous entry is questionable. This item is accompanied by a tag that reads: "Class Ring 1919 (Elizabeth Snoddy BA 1919) (initials E.S.) 11-19-73 Mrs. Norman H. Moore. Directory > 1989 Alumni, Mrs. Elizabeth S. Moore." A written Fondren Library note is also included and reads: "Date: 11/19/73; To: Archives; From: Received From Mrs. Norman H. Moore, nee Elizabeth Snoddy, 1919. Gift of class ring, 1919 by Ola Moore.
