This item is located in an envelope, identified by name. 1917 class ring belonging to Robert Porter Forrest. Ring is engraved "R.B. Forest". Accompanied by tage that reads: "1917 Class Ring (R.P. Forrest written inside). Given to ARchives by his sons Col. John F. Forrest and Robert P. Forrest, Jr. Received 2-13-1969."
