Physical Description

These items are found in a brown jewelry box with an identification sticker on top. 1916 Rice class ring and a gold 'charm' belonging to Alice Crowell Dean. The ring is not engraved with name or initials. The 'charm' is engraved with the notation that Alice Dean was the first Rice University Librarian from 1914 to 1947.
