Scope and Contents
Two boxes containing a scrapbook, VHS cassettes of media appearances, one complete board game for ages 13 to adult, one complete board game "children's edition," design prototype, photographs, draft of instruction booklet, news clippings, correspondence, an essay about the making of the game by Estelle Panzer, meeting notes, press releases and other planning and publicity materials for both versions of the game document the activities undertaken by Estelle Panzer, Janis Odensky, and Judy Jordan between 1984 and 1989 to create the Tradition board game. The collection also includes an oral history with Estelle Panzer and Janis Odensky conducted in 2019.
