This collection includes papers relating to the development of the Broadacres subdivision (block II, Turner addition) in Houston, TX, (1923-1926). The papers include the plans for the laying of sewer lines, gas mains, paving assessments, etc. The collection includes correspondence, legal agreements, newspaper clippings, legal notices, plat, and sewer plan blueprints. Significant correspondents include Craig Belk, John H. Crooker, James A. Baker, Jr., and J. A. Elkins.

This collection also includes papers relating to the Milroy Place Addition, the Heights, Houston, TX, 1924. Included are a deed, abstract of title, plats, brochure, and correspondence.
