Wrappers and drawing
Scope and Contents
All three sets of proofs contained in a heavy card folder illustrated with drawings in pencil, most likely by Catherine Stravinsky, two of which depict the composer: one from behind seated at a keyboard with an open score, the other a preliminary sketch of Stravinsky holding his head in his hand. The additional drawings consist of two floral arrangements in vases with a partial picture frame in the background and a boot.
In brown wrapping paper with publisher's stamp and additional stamps and labels. With identification in Stravinsky's autograph in blue pencil and an additional note in Soulima Stravinsky's hand: "This is my father's writing Soulima Stravinsky"
