Full score. Berlin, Moskau, St. Petersburg: Russischer Musikverlag G.m.b.H. [PN R.M.V. 159]. [1913]. Folio. Unbound. 56 leaves paginated 3-58 printed on rectos only. Plate number altered from "159" to "158" on many pages. Incorporating Stravinsky's extensive corrections, etc., from the first proof and with additional corrections, alterations, and annotations in Stravinsky's autograph in red, purple, and black ink and red, blue, and lead pencil. Additional markings in another hand.With engraver's stamp "C.G. Röder G.m.b.H. Leipzig 18 Nov. 1913 Notenstecherei" to upper left corner and publisher's stamp indicating that this is the second proof to upper right corner of first leaf. With a signed note in Stravinsky's hand in pencil requesting another proof dated "27 Dec. 1913 Clarens" to verso of final leaf and an additional note in ink to verso of page 22 signed by Stravinsky asking for a further proof datestamped "30 Nov 1913."
