Oblong octavo (ca. 140 x 203 mm.). Unbound. Notated in pencil on a single bifolium. Dated 1920 on page 4. Text in Russian.
With "Copie pour Nini" in manuscript in pencil to upper outer corner of first page; stamped "Gravé" in red ink.
Contained in a manila envelope with manuscript identification in ink in Soulima's hand.
