40 leaves printed in white on a blue background on rectos only.
With annotations and corrections in ink and blue pencil in the composer's hand to all but two pages and with the dates "1917-1925" in Stravinsky's autograph below his printed name at the upper outer corner of the first page of music. Stamped "Épreuve" and "Corrige" at upper inner corner of first leaf, and "Épreuves" at upper inner corner of all other leaves.
Most likely the earliest proof of the work.
