Gravé et impr. chez P. Jurgenson à Moscou" to lower right corner of final page of music.
Title signed in full by Stravinsky at upper right corner. With corrections, alterations, and annotations in the composer's hand in red and lead pencil. Small circular publisher's stamp to lower margin of title.
With a typed letter signed "W. Mengelberg" from the noted Dutch conductor Willem Mengelberg (1871-1951) laid down to rear endpaper. 1 page. Quarto. Dated February 9, 1925. Mengelberg thanks Stravinsky for allowing him to make a copy of his Scherzo Fantastique and promises him a fee of 25 florins for each performance of the work under his direction in Europe and 25 dollars for each performance of the work in the United States.
